Terms of use

Your account

You sign in with the mobile number or email address you subscribed with. Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can sign in as you. An account plays on one device at a time, and signing in on a new device signs the old one out. We may pause or close an account that is shared, switches devices too often, or is used to abuse the service.

Subscriptions and payment

• Airtime: send AIS to 3112. Your network charges the plan price from your airtime and the plan renews until you stop it. To stop, text STOP to 3112; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Online: a one-off payment through Paystack for the plan period you choose. It does not renew on its own.
• Prices and plan lengths are shown before you pay. If you were charged twice or charged without getting access, contact us and we will put it right.
• During early access, play may be free for a limited time. We will say so on the site, and it can end at any time.

Playing the games

Games run in your browser and download over your connection, so your network's data charges apply. We may add, change or remove games, and a game may sometimes be unavailable. Games are provided as they are for personal entertainment.

Fair play

Do not cheat, tamper with games or scores, use bots, attack or overload the service, or resell access. We may remove scores and suspend accounts that do.

Ownership

The games, artwork, names and the site belong to Anarky or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own, non-commercial play.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your device, your network or events outside our control. Nothing here takes away your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: your mobile number or email address.
• Subscription and payments: plan, amounts, dates and payment references. Card details go to Paystack and never reach us.
• Play: which games you open, your scores and saved progress.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device type, and sign-in times, used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To run your account and subscription, let you play and keep your scores, handle payments and billing questions, protect the service against fraud and account sharing, and fix problems. We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

Who we share it with

Only who we need to: our mobile billing partner and your network for airtime subscriptions, Paystack for online payments, the providers that host the site and serve its fonts, and authorities when the law requires it. Games are kept separate from your account and never receive your number or email.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to open games securely. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

Connections are encrypted and access to data is limited to the people who run the service. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as billing records, disputes or the law require. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. To close your account and delete your data, contact us; we keep only the billing records the law requires.

Children

Anarky Games is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian's permission to subscribe.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
